Dear Security Professors,

Welcome to a new world of CCTV System. Being a serious system provider, we always want to protect the interest of your business and thus we are here to introduce you an innovative and ideal concept for your CCTV business.

You can easily notice that there are numerous security companies in Malaysia today and many of these companies are carrying their own CCTV products, especially PC based DVR System. However, company like yours that is reliable and earnest in long run business are very rare. What is GCI?

GCI stand for GeoVision Certified Integrator. This is one of the marketing programs from Gamma Solution Sdn Bhd. GeoVision Inc. fully supports our efforts to improve our dealers’ technical skills and expertise via GCI. We are sure that by forming all the DVR experts under GCI, we can improve our dealers’ image in security market. The GCI is an umbrella for many companies that are serious about security business.

This certificate is the recognition of our dealers’ capability in effectively promotes and integrates GeoVision DVR System. The certificate is also a solid proof of the holder’s willingness to provide customers of GeoVision DVR System quality after sales services. Besides, this is also the easiest way for public to verify the authenticity of GeoVision DVR software.

Why do we need GCI?

Firstly, there are companies that claim they sell “OEM pack of GeoVision product” or that they are “GeoVision Authorized Distributor or Agent” in local market. The fact is, these companies are simply selling counterfeit GeoVision products to our value customers. GCI can curb these illegal and wrongful business activities almost immediately.

Secondly, we should be aware that a counterfeit GeoVision product costs merely 20% of our genuine GeoVision product and this is a major reason why our Authorized Dealers often received complains from their customers on higher prices of genuine GeoVision product. The customers that accusing us selling at unfair prices often unaware that they will face legal action from anti-piracy body by using counterfeit products.

How to Differentiate Genuine from Counterfeit Products?

4 Insists :

i.   Insist the Certificate of GeoVision Certified Integrator.

ii. Insist of GeoVision Complete Set with

     > Original Packaging Box,

     > Original User Manual,

     > Warranty Certificate,

     > Hologram Sticker,

     > Licensed Software CD V8.x,

     > Valid Barcode No & “GS” Warranty Sticker.

iii. Insist of Manufacturer contact for verification.

iv. Insist of Product Name, Model, Software Version & Capture Card Driver appear in      computer are same as printed in Quotation & Invoice.

4 "Do Not" :

i. Do not believe in OEM or no Brand system.

ii. Do not accept any offer if No manufacturer contact / website given.

     You should be notified with your product source.

iii. Do not make payment without License Confirmation. Make sure you are paying for

     the Genuine License. This is to prevent Anti-piracy action against you in future.

iv. Do not compromise if they do not have the Authorized Certificate or is a parallel

     import products. An Unauthorized Agent means they do not have the rights to sell this

    system to you. Normally, this is an illegal copy. Purchase from Authorized Source      only.

Our reputation and general security industry image will be hurt too. We are competent and deserve to be a security system provider but not a counterfeit product business people. We care about our customers’ security concerns but not greedy and irresponsible software pirates.
